To demonstrate our commitment, WMECo will provide you with an annual performance index so you see where we are performing up to our promises to you and the standards we set for ourselves.
 
 
Our 2009 highlights include:
  • While some outages did occur, on average they lasted less than 3 hours.
  • We kept 99.4 percent of the service appointments we made with our customers.
  • We had fewer DPU complaints.
  • Customers experienced fewer outages
  • We invested million of dollars in capital improvements to help improve our electric system reliability.
