* Charges under this new Energy Efficiency Program Cost Adjustment ("EEPCA") rate are designed to recover the costs associated with expanded energy efficiency programs not currently collected through the Energy Conservation Charge on your bill.
** The purpose of the NMRS is to recover the Net Metering Credits applied to Customers and the non-reconciling distribution portion of revenue displaced by Customers who have installed on-site generation facilities in accordance.
*** The SPCA shall recover from all customers taking service under the Company's rates only those Program costs incurred by the Company for providing its Program.
**** The AGCE recovers Attorney General Consulting fees.
***** The SRRCA recovers the storm deficit and funds a storm cost reserve.
****** Beginning in June 2011 and continuing for the next year, WMECO customers will see a line item credit on their monthly electric bill for a service quality refund.
