Payment Options
Single Direct Debit
- Schedule a Single Direct Debit payment up to 30 days in advance.
- Pay as many times as you wish after each payment is processed (no fees)
- Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill.
- Your payment will post to your account within two business days.
Recurring Direct Debit
- Automatically deducts your amount due from your bank account each month
- 21 days after the billing date
- Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill
Credit Card
- J.P. Morgan Chase Pay Connexions, an independent payment processing company, provides this service for MasterCard users.
- You will be charged a convenience fee of $2.50 for each payment up to $500.00 and $2.50 for each $500.00 increment thereafter. This fee will be added to your credit card bill.
- WMECo is not directly affiliated with J.P. Morgan Chase Pay Connexions and does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.
- MasterCard payments will be reflected on your WMECo account in two to three business days after your transaction.
- If your payment is intended to avoid a disconnection of electric service, ensure the appropriate amount is paid by the payment due date. If you need to restore service, please contact WMECo at 1-800-286-2000 right away.
