Investing in Our Communities
WMECo is dedicated to the vitality of the
communities it serves. We support our communities
by partnering with local organizations engaged in
economic and community development, workforce development
and education, and environmental leadership and
stewardship.
We also support larger, regional projects through the
Northeast Utilities Foundation, which is
administered by our parent company, Northeast Utilities.
Finally, we support our employees who volunteer their
talents to worthwhile causes like those that foster youth
development and education, advance disease research, fight
hunger and homelessness, and strengthen our communities.
