Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO) is
committed to giving back to the communities in which
we do business by supporting community efforts to
improve education and economic conditions in our
region. We actively look for innovative ways to
form local partnerships that enrich our communities
and enhance quality of life. Follow this link for information about the grant criteria established for receiving a WMECO grant.
WMECO's Charitable Giving Program provides funding
through grants of up to $25,000. Primary focus is given to
communities served by Western Massachusetts Electric Company.
Requests for funding in excess of $25,000 should be
directed to the Northeast Utilities Foundation.
