Zero Interest Loan
Through the
Western Massachusetts Energy Trust
(PDF:678KB),
WMECO offers small- and medium-sized manufacturing
businesses zero percent interest loans for up to
$75,000 to purchase qualifying, electric-energy
conservation equipment. This is a loan fund, which
is set up via a grant from WMECO for the purpose of
assisting local manufacturers with financing electric
conservation projects. These zero percent interest
loans have a payback period of three years.
