Single Direct Debit
  • Schedule a Single Direct Debit payment up to 30 days in advance.
  • Pay as many times as you wish after each payment is processed (no fees)
  • Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill.
  • Your payment will post to your account within two business days.
Recurring Direct Debit
  • Automatically deducts your amount due from your bank account each month
  • 21 days after the billing date
  • Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill
Credit Card (Convenience Fee)
  • NCO ePay, an independent payment processing company, provides this service
  • A minimum convenience fee of $3.45 per transaction
  • WMECO is not directly affiliated with NCO ePay and does not receive any portion of the transaction fee
Budget Billing
  • Convenient way to even out monthly payments
  • Accounts are reviewed monthly and budgeted amounts are adjusted if necessary

Report a Payment
  • Report a payment you have made in the last 7 days or will make in the future

  • Payments up to $2,500 can be processed
  • WMECO authorized agents do not charge a fee
  • Agents without authorization may charge a nominal fee

  • Through our partnership with Checkfree, you can receive and pay your WMECO bill - and others, too - online.
