Payment Options
Single Direct Debit
- Schedule a Single Direct Debit payment up to 30 days in advance.
- Pay as many times as you wish after each payment is processed (no fees)
- Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill.
- Your payment will post to your account within two business days.
Recurring Direct Debit
- Automatically deducts your amount due from your bank account each month
- 21 days after the billing date
- Payment will appear on your next bank statement and WMECO bill
Credit Card (Convenience Fee)
- NCO ePay, an independent payment processing company, provides this service
- A minimum convenience fee of $3.45 per transaction
- WMECO is not directly affiliated with NCO ePay and does not receive any portion of the transaction fee

- Convenient way to even out monthly payments
- Accounts are reviewed monthly and budgeted amounts are adjusted if necessary

- WMECO authorized agents do not charge a fee
- Agents without authorization may charge a nominal fee
